Sopharma Properties REIT is a special purpose investment company for securitization of real estates under the meaning of the Special Investment Purpose Companies Act.

The company was established on March 20, 2006, for an indefinite period, with a capital of BGN 11.7 million and was entered in the Commercial Register by decision № 1 of 24.03.2006 under FD. 3548/2006 of the Sofia City Court for an indefinite period.

In 2007 Sopharma Properties REIT received the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’ s prize for first place in sales revenue in the category of up to BGN 19 500 000.

The main activity of Sopharma Properties REIT is the acquisition and construction of properties for rent.
